Embodiment Sessions with Birdee are for the seasons when something inside you is shifting —
when you’re on the edge of a new chapter, unraveling an old one, or simply craving a moment to feel like yourself again.

Many people come to these sessions during transitions: after a big life change, in the midst of healing, when stepping into a braver version of themselves, or when they’re ready to shed a layer they’ve outgrown. Some come to mark a personal milestone, honor their body, reclaim their confidence, or reconnect with parts of themselves they’ve neglected.

These sessions are grounding and spacious — a place where you don’t have to perform or perfect. Just breathe. Move. Be met exactly where you are.

Connection Meeting

We'll connect over a call to discuss all the session details, get to know each other a little bit, let me hear what you’re dreaming, and ensure that we are a good fit for each and for what you’d like. I can also answer any questions you have so you feel clear and excited about creating together.

A session booking fee is required at this stage, if you wish to secure a date.

Shoot Day

On the day of the shoot, I will handle all the bookings, location permits and technical aspects. Ensure your payment is complete before the session and come ready to release and enjoy the experience.
